Finsa - Caixa Galicia - Faus Group

The current Management Team of Faus Group and Corporación Caixa Galicia, S.A.U, will be accompanied by Financiera Maderera, S.A. (Finsa) in the acquisition of the Faus Group. The financial operation has been presented for approval to the Authorities responsible for Spanish market concentration.
