Finsa - Caixa Galicia (Corp.) - Faus Group

During the month of June, the acquisition agreement of Faus Group by the Caixa Galicia Corporation, S.A.U, along with Financiera Maderera, S.A. (Finsa) and the current Managment Team of Faus, has been finalised.
