Mediland - Darbo - Tafisa France

Last 14th of September 2006 the agreement on the acquisition of Darbo, S.A.S by Tafisa France, S.A. has been perfected. The end of the operation of transaction celebrated between Mediland, S.A.S. (subsidiary Finsa of Group) and Tafisa France, S.A. (subsidiary of Sonae Indústria) has occured once the approval of the competent authorities in charge of ecomomic concentrations control has been given.
